APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST
Responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the enterprise. We are seeking candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge. The position demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.
Potential candidates need to possess the ability to perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools.
Provide and support recommendations for improved procedures and policies.
Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems.
Provide application support to effectively utilize the systems in place.
Provide direct assistance to users in using and interpreting software tools and products.
Interact with software vendors to provide best solutions to business problems.
Provide application support to other developers across multiple projects.
Ensure compliance of all security measures in application support across the enterprise.
Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
Provide technical support to teams within the enterprise and to external clients when required
Assisting with system integrations
Managing application related incidents within enterprise ticketing system
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Preparing maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the enterprise systems
Developing reports for teams across the enterprise
Intimate knowledge of the enterprises computing systems
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.

Assist users to develop understanding about their applications and technology solutions to streamline operations.
Assist other IT team members to determine appropriate application deliverables best suited to the enterprise.
Perform analysis and implement various applications across the enterprise
Monitor and upgrade accordingly all applications across the enterprise.
Coordinate with IT members and users across the enterprise to ensure cross functional administration of applications
Develop reports for all applications across the enterprise as needed
Develop and maintain relations with all vendors associated with all applications within the enterprise
Provide assistance to help desk members as it relates to applications across the enterprise
Maintain knowledge of all technologies and tools which provide application based solutions
Deployment of patches, service releases, customizations for all applications across the enterprise
Problem determinations, workaround resolutions for all applications as needed.
Creating application support documentation and maintaining accuracy across the enterprise.
Managing support cases using online tools and processes
Ensuring systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
