The Middlesex County Office of Planning seeks an experienced, motivated planner with excellent organizational and communication skills to join its Land Management Group. Under the direction of the Supervising Planner, the Senior Planner will review, coordinate and track land development applications using the County’s new web-based electronic system, “ePlan”. The Senior Planner is responsible for processing all aspects of land development applications, including developers’ agreements and performance guarantees, and communicating staff recommendations to the County’s Development Review Committee, municipalities, and applicants. The Senior Planner may also assist other groups within the Office of Planning, including Regional Planning and Local Assistance, Sustainability and Resiliency, Transportation Planning, and Spatial Data Services.

Substituted for the educational requirement.
